Introduction to Amigurumi Crochet Workshop
Wednesday 27th March 2024 1.30 – 3.30pm
This is a two hour improver’s crochet course by Jackie from Stitches By The Sea blog.
Learn to make a cute Betty Bee mascot
During this workshop you will :
- perfect your double crochet technique
- learn how to increase and decrease
- learn the techniques used to make amigurumi-style soft toys, animals, and figures
- find out how to decipher amigurumi crochet patterns.
This session is suitable for crochet improvers – a basic knowledge of some crochet stitches is required and there is a small amount of sewing involved. The finished bee is not suitable to be used as a toy.
You need to bring a 3mm crochet hook and a tapestry/darning needle (which will be available to purchase on the day). All other equipment and materials are provided.
You also get 10% discount in the shop on the day of the course.
Takes place in our upstairs craft room with a maximum of 6 students per course.
