On Saturday 31st May 2025 we’re holding two informal sessions for anyone who would like to learn to knit
The 90 minute session will be in our upstairs craft room and will start at 10.30am and at 1.30pm.
The materials you need in order to learn how to knit will be provided.

Each session will be limited to 4 participants so please call in to book your place or pay online below.
The cost of one course is £10 per person
These will be very relaxed sessions for complete beginners, or those who have tried previously and not been successful.
The courses will be run by Liz who has loads of patience, so come along and give it a try – you’ll be pleased you did !

I did this class last year after many failed attempts to learn to knit. Just over a year on I’ve made a dozen hats for family and friends, a jumper for myself and four pairs of socks. So I can highly recommend this, even if you’re an established “failed knitter” like me 😊

I attended the recent class on the 6th February. It was absolutely brilliant. Small group of great people and a fantastic tutor. I went along on my own did others and it was so good. If you are thinking about signing up for the next one then do it you won’t be disappointed. I’ll be back for the improves class.
