Make Do And Mend Workshop

10.15am to 3.45 pm on Saturday 22nd February 2025

Learn a range of repair techniques from replacing a button to taking up a hem, patching or darning.

Great skills to help you and your family continue to wear their favourite clothes, and saving you from having to replace them so frequently.

Fee includes light refreshments, repair materials, plus 10% off from purchases in the shop on course day.

Course takes place in our upstairs craft room with a maximum of 5 participants

To secure your place please call in to Amble Pin Cushion, or select your payment from the options below.

You will need to bring : basic sewing kit including small sharp scissors, shears and sewing machine if you have them. Items to be mended can be brought in or provided e.g. sock with worn heel or sweater with worn jumper, holed jeans, skirt with hem down, pyjamas with the elastic perished etc.
