Syncopated Brioche Knitting Workshop

If you’re an adventurous, confident and experienced knitter then you’re ready to progress to to beautiful syncopated Brioche knitting.

This technique gives you an amazing, reversible 2-colour, 3 dimensional rib with a soft squidgy texture.

You’ll be able to select your choice of kit to create your own cowl using patterns written by your tutor, Judith Schur of Needlecase

You will need to bring or purchase some DPN’s or circular needles. The cowl project requires a 3.5mm x 80 or 120cm circular needle, plus two balls of James Brett DK with Merino yarn. Please select your colours when paying your deposit so it can be ready for you on course day.

You will be able to buy a signed copy of Judith’s book “Brioche” to inspire you to continue with this technique

Deposit required by Wednesday 22nd October 2025 to secure your place.

Course takes place in our upstairs craft room on Saturday 25th October  at 10.30am until 3.30pm

The full cost of the course is £60 including materials.
