Beginners Quilting Tidy Bag Workshop

Join Caroline from Rainbow Quilts for our beginner’s quilting workshop, celebrating Amble Puffin Festival 2026.

Make a tidy bag in seaside fabric and a tonal blender, (or other choices from our range).

Materials are included, but you will need to bring your own sewing machine (or hire one), sewing kit, thread and shears.

(If you have them, a cutting mat, rotary cutter, quilter’s rule and small scissors would also be useful but not essential).

No previous experience of quilting required, but you must be able to use a sewing machine independently.

Please choose your two fabrics from our website before the day, and let us know your choices! If you are unable to do that in advance, please arrive at 1.15pm. Machines can be dropped off at 1pm before you park.

Maximum 4 students per workshop, minimum 2.
