Christmas Decorations Knitting Workshop

10.30am to 12.30pm on Friday 14th November 2025

Join Liz for a sociable and fun festive 2-hour workshop, where you will be knitting and decorating hanging Christmas decorations.
Beginners will be taught to knit while those with some basic stitches will be able to progress independently, with guidance on shaping.
Techniques involved include casting on, basic knit and purl stitches, decreasing, casting off and sewing up – plus any additional queries!

You will need to bring knitting needles size 3.25 to 3.75mm (for dk weight yarn) and a knitters needle for sewing up if you have them. Anything else you’d like to use can be purchased at Amble Pin Cushion with 10% discount on the day of the course Yarn, two patterns and light refreshments are included

This workshop takes place in our upstairs craft room and numbers are restricted to 6 knitters per session (though children may have an accompanying adult).

The full cost of this session is £25 including materials.
