“Having not used a paper pattern since my school days (many, many years ago!) I thought the apron workshop would be a good place to start. Norma was fantastic! She was so patient despite all my questions! Norma took me step by step through the pattern and helped me to adapt it as I went along to suit my needs and requirements.  As well as learning about paper patterns I learned how to attach bias binding properly and used an overlocker for the first time. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day. This was the third workshop I've done at Amble Pin Cushion and I really can't recommend them enough. I'm just about to embark on making another apron on my own (!) so guess what everyone is getting for Christmas this year!)"
