Needle felting is a relaxing, easy craft and you can learn to make all sorts of cute gifts and items for the home. This project involves poking wool fibres onto a piece of felt using a specialist barbed needle. It is a brilliant introduction to the art of felting so it’s perfect for total beginners – or anyone who enjoys making things.

Inside the box you will find a piece of natural felt, enough to make at least six critters, and eight lengths of cruelty-free wool fibre in shades of pink, red, brown, mocha, blue, green and cream. There are two felting needles, striped thread for hanging your decorations and full photographic, step by step instruction cards to walk you through the project. With templates to draw around for your critters – a bear, a rabbit and a mouse.

You will need:- A soft surface to work on – cushion or large sponge will do if you are just beginning.

Warning: Your needle felting needle is very sharp and brittle so it’s a good idea to store it in the kit box. Children under the age of 14 should be supervised by an adult. Contains small parts. This is not a toy. Please keep it out of the reach of children.
