Knit A Notebook Cover Workshop

10.30am to 12 midday Friday 1st May 2026

£30 including materials.

This project will be worked using Stylecraft Impressions Aran in a choice of 8 glorious mixed colour palettes, and can be knitted on either 5mm straight needles or an 80/100 cm circular needle, so those who would like to, can learn the “magic loop” technique.

We will start the project during the workshop and talk through the rest of the pattern so you can finish it at home.

Liz will also talk about:

· adjusting the dimensions to fit your own special journal or scrap book,

· altering the design to include a knitted pattern to suit your subject,

· and decorating the cover so it’s totally unique.

Materials – yarn, notebook and button are included in the cost of your lesson, but you will need 5mm knitting pins or a 5mm 80cm or 100cm circular needle, available from APC on the day with discount.

You will leave with knowledge, a pattern and instructions to complete your project at home, or you can attend our regular Craft and Chatter sessions for further support
